we live in a fast paced world and people change a lot during their life.
one mornning everything is fine, you can have cold pizza for breakfast, a ceasars salad for lunch and a hearty chickpea curry for dinner. but suddenly, things change and your doctor looks at you and tells you, you have an allergy. you need to change your diet. now.
you come home after a long day in the office, fall down on the sofa and watch TV. you fall asleep and after you wake up at 2am your eyes get caught by a documentary about eggs. you want to turn it off, but you can’t. and then you suddenly know: no more animal products. ever. you want to be a vegan. but what can they eat, except lettuce? hm.
you’re sixty-five and you’re proud, that you eat everything. your wife always tells you, you’re a human bin, but she does it with a twinkle. and god knows, it’s true – you eat leftovers from your grandkids, you love her spicy food and nothing taste quite as good as stuff covered in brown sauce. but lately, your stomach seems to be a traitor and whenever you eat something with acidity, you are in pain. you need to replace the brown sauce. immeditately. and your wife needs to change her cooking. after all these years. you’re lost.
